9:25 a.m. - Deputy responded to disturbance in 28800 block Weatherly Lane. According to Sheriff’s Office, family member had evicted another family member out of a business without going through the court system. Deputy instructed parties involved on civil eviction process.
9:35 a.m. - Caller reported transient camp on edge of their property, 27700 block Hwy. 20.
10:04 a.m. - Caller’s wife lost their debit card. Since July 7 they have had $1,700 worth of charges at Foster Lake Mall, 5480 Main St. Report taken for fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft.
