At 10:44 p.m. on Aug. 12, the Linn County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle fatal crash at the block of 43200 North River Drive near Foster Reservoir. Michelle Hudgens, 42, of Sweet Home, was driving her 2002 Toyota Tundra eastbound on North River Drive near the South Santiam Fish Hatchery when she drifted into the south shoulder, almost hitting the guardrail, before overcorrecting and crossing the westbound lane.
