7:43 a.m. - Caller reports male has been staying behind 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St. He has been urinating and defecating and caller would like him trespassed. Marcus Wesley Hesson, 51, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest.

1:46 p.m. - Caller reports wife’s credit card was used. Requests an officer contact him by phone. Report taken for fraudulent use of credit card and second degree theft.
