1:37 p.m. - Stephanie Lee Ockerman, 40, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal mischief and on an Albany Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest, 4251 Osage St.
