1:12 a.m - Kyle James Elmer, 32, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Cited and released.

5:42 a.m - Garth Hiaasen, 42, of Sweet Home was issued a citation for driving 81/55.

1:10 p.m - Joshua Scott Dawson, turned himself in on a previous Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second degree criminal mischief. Booked, cited, released.

6:27 p.m - Obediah Jermiah Teixeira, 44, was arrested for harassment. Booked, cited and released.

8:36 p.m - Colton Kendall Mckay, 27, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

5:16 p.m - Theodore E. Shinall, 45, of Sweet Home, was cited in lieu of custody for an active warrant for failure to appear and failure to register as a sex offender. Shinall was also cited for driving while suspended and for driving uninsured.
