6:34 p.m - Ryan Madden Mullen, 27, was cited for speeding 45/25 and failure to obey a traffic control device.
8:01 p.m - Paul Edward Hilburn, 60, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for angling without a license. Cited and released.
8:28 p.m - Benjamin Reuben Pannier, 40, of Sweet Home, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

2:35 a.m - Lane Alan Barstad, 22, was cited for no tail lights and failure to obey a traffic control device....
