One fender-bender led to another Sunday night on Highway 20 near milepost 26. Oregon State Police say the first crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. when 43-year-old Sweet Home resident Kimberley Brock slowed her Kia Sportage for a dog in the road. Troopers say that's when 43-year-old Edward Newell IV hit her car from behind with his Subaru Impreza. No injuries were reported in the crash, but Newell was arrested and charged with driving while suspended or revoked.
