8:33 a.m - Caller reported someone broke into location and stole items. Officer responded, report taken, valued loss $1,100. 1900 block of 18th Avenue.

11:02 a.m - Vance Ryan Jewell, 50, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for, driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display. Jewell was also cited for speeding, 38/20, driving while suspended, and driving uninsured. Cited and released.
