The New Era - All about Sweet Home since 1929

Hundreds gathered along the streets in Albany for the 73rd Linn County Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 11. The parade's crowd was nearly matched by the participants, ranging from the now-retired Adjutant General of the Oregon National Guard to F-15 jets soaring through the clouds.

Sweet Home made an appearance in the form of Mayor Susan Coleman, Color Guard Sergeant Stan Gray and the Sweet Home Elks Lodge.
