Girls Soccer holds awards banquet

Sweet Home High School's varsity girls soccer team celebrated their successes in a banquet Monday, Nov. 6.

Earning MVP this year was Rylee Markell. She also nabbed the "Second Team All League" and "Coaches" awards.

Zianna Duncan scored "Best Defender" and "Honorable Mention All League."

Amelia Sullens earned "Second Team All League."

When it comes to positions, Peyton Markell took home "Best Midfielder," while Riley Watkins and Anabelle Morris each got "Best Forward."

Danielle Robertson took home the "Most Improved" award, and Lyndie Birkett earned the distinction "Rookie of the Year."
