12th Avenue bust results in six arrests on variety of drug charges

The Sweet Home Police Department Aug. 14 arrested six persons after serving a narcotics-related search warrant at 1951 12th Ave. at 8:30 a.m.

During the investigation, police encountered six adults on the property, Police Chief Jeff Lynn said.

Detectives seized heroin, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, drug packaging material, stolen property, and surveillance equipment.

Those arrested included:

– Paul Landers, 63, for possession of heroin, theft of lost or mislaid property, frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold and probation violation. He was transported to Linn County Jail.

– Kendra Montoya, 21, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold and probation violation. She was transported to Linn County Jail.

– Dwayne Flesher, 45, for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold. He was cited and released.

– Chris Rowton, 49, for possession of methamphetamine, frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold and probation violation. He was transported to Linn County Jail.

– Cameron Wark, 29, for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold. He was cited and released. Additional charges are pending.

– Tyler Price, 29, for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold. He was cited and released.

Police opened the investigation based on reported short-stay traffic and disturbances frequently occurring at the residence and in the area, Lynn said.

Sweet Home Police Department received assistance from the Lebanon Police Department and Linn County Parole and Probation.
