Sweet Home police arrested three persons after serving a search warrant at 1250 Nandina St., Apartment 4.
Sweet Home Police Department served the warrant at about 7 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, with assistance of Linn County Sheriff’s Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Lebanon Police Department.
When officers arrived, they located five adults on the property, said Police Chief Jeff Lynn. During the investigation, detectives seized dealer quantities of methamphetamine, cash and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested were David M. Buck III, 22, for distribution and possession of methamphetamine. Buck also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
Zachary G. Richmond, 22, was arrested for distribution and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged at Linn County Jail.
Jeremy Hicks, 35, had outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft; Linn County warrant for probation violation; Albany warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to appear, contempt of court; and Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree failure to appear and for contempt of court, probation violation. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
Sweet Home Police Department opened an investigation due to reported drug sales occurring from the residence which is located within an apartment complex.
A drug-related search warrant was served at the same complex three months earlier.
