Three people were arraigned in Linn County Circuit Court Monday, Feb. 12, on charges stemming from a Feb. 9 search of a Sweet Home residence.
Logan Kenneth White, 26, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin, two counts of first-degree theft and possession of a destructive device for incidents alleged to have occurred on Feb. 9. Additionally, he was charged with second-degree theft and identity theft for incidents alleged to have occurred on Nov. 24, 2017.
Zachary Mitchell Johnson, 24, was charged with unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
Heather Rachelle Greenwalt, 36, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm.
Jessica Liana Greenshield, 23, also was at the residence but was released at the scene, according to a Lebanon Police Department press release.
At 6 a.m. on Feb. 9 LPD served a narcotics and firearms related search warrant at a private residence on the property of White’s Electronics, 1011 Pleasant Valley Rd. Two males and two females came out of the residence and were detained without incident.
The Sweet Home Police Department, Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Linn County Regional SWAT team and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives assisted.
Officers searched the residence and located a sawed-off shotgun, a stolen pistol, a stolen rifle, body armor, a stolen television, dealer quantities of heroin and methamphetamine, scales and drug packaging material, according to the release.
The Ore-gon State Police Bomb Squad responded and safely removed blasting caps from the location.
