Five people were arrested Friday morning, Nov. 13, after a narcotics-related search warrant was served at 2456 Long St.
According to a Sweet Home Police Department statement, detectives seized methamphetamine, firearms and drug paraphernalia during the investigation, with assistance from the Linn County Sheriff’s Office and the Lebanon Police Department.
William E. Roebuck, 57, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used/sold. He is currently on probation for third-degree felony rape and PCS – methamphetamine. His probation officer placed a probation violation detainer on him and Roebuck was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
John J. Pierce, 51, was arrested for PCS-methamphetamine and was lodged at Linn County Jail.
Danny R. Roebuck, 61, was arrested for PCS-methamphetamine. He was booked, cited and released.
Melinda M. Phillips, 50, was arrested for PCS-methamphetamine, PCS Schedule 2 and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. She was booked, cited and released.
Amy R. Phillips, 19, was arrested for PCS-methamphetamine and frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold. She was booked, cited and released.
A narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department due to reported drug sales occurring from the residence which is located near an apartment complex, according to the police statement.
