A total of 827 degrees and certificates were awarded to 719 candidates at the 40th annual Linn-Benton Community College commencement ceremony, held Thursday, June 12, at the Linn County Fair and Expo Center in the Willamette Event Center.
Approximately 370 people, including 38 Sweet Home-area residents, received their General Educational Development certification, with 170 of those students completing the LBCC GED preparation program. Sweet Home-area graduates are:
