Molina, from Portland-based Talewise, an organization that uses stories to help kids realize that science could be fun, led an hour-long, high-energy program of scientific demonstrations.

On June 30, Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District personnel will discuss summer safety and lead “water-related activities at 10 a.m.
