The Eugene-based Dougherty Landscape Architects firm presented a recap of its proposal for preliminary “Downtown Streetscape” improvement project concepts during a Dec. 14 Sweet Home City Council meeting.
It was the third public meeting regarding the issue this year. The first and second were held March 25 and June 15.
