A Sweet Home man has been arrested for multiple sexual abuse crimes, Linn County Sheriff Jim Yon said.
Yon said his detectives arrested Gary Coomer, 48, of Sweet Home, on Friday, April 9, for multiple sexual abuse crimes. Detectives started the investigation in August 2020 when an 8-year-old female child and a 4-year-old female child said they had been sexually abused by Coomer. Both children are known by Coomer, Yon said.
