Dec. 7

8:52 a.m. – Caller reports someone ran into the building last night, some information exchanged, 2000 Main, McDonald’s. Officer responded, report taken, will attempt to contact driver.

11:44 a.m. – Caller reported a female took a handful of pills, 6100 block of Main. Officer responded, female transported by medics.

11:58 a.m. – Lebanon Police cited Mathew Allen Pitts, 32, on Sweet Home warrants of failure to appear on original charges of theft, menacing and criminal trespass.

1:15 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole his firearm out of his vehicle within the last week, unknown where it was taken, 3100 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft.

2:24 p.m. – Caller reported bicycle was stolen, 1540 Main, Safeway. Officer responded, report taken of theft.

5:38 p.m. – Caller reported customer located bicycle, 2414 Main, Dollar Tree. Officer responded, placed in property.

10:15 p.m. – Myrtle Creek police located Zachary Guy Richmond on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of harassment.

11:24 p.m. – Officer performed traffic stop on motorcycle and 3-wheeler, 2400 block of Main. Anthony Pulido, 31, cited for driving while suspended and no ignition interlock device.

Donald Flanigan Jr, 31, cited for failure to obey traffic control device and unlawful operation of ATV on highway.

Dec. 8

2:09 a.m. – While on a traffic stop: Robert Phillips, 33, arrested for attempting to elude, possession of meth, distribution of meth, distribution of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, fleeing on foot, attempting to assault a law enforcement officer, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, hit and run, criminal trespass, giving false info to law enforcement, using another’s license, and Lane county warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin, attempt to elude police, and reckless endangerment, 18th and Long. Booked and lodged at Linn County Jail. Also cited for driving while suspended. Chelsie Kelley, 33, arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for burglary and a Florence warrant for theft. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

5:03 a.m. – Caller reported he witnessed a male in his vehicles, 1000 block of 37th. Officer responded, unable to locate.

7:06 a.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 22, cited and released for theft and criminal trespass, 1000 block of 37th.

2:40 p.m. – David Arthur Armendariz cited for failure to drive within lane, 22nd and Long.

9:23 p.m. – Callers reported a motor vehicle crashed into a power pole, 1000 block of Mountain View. Officer responded, report taken, vehicle towed. [Operator: McKenzie Marie Wolfe, 18]

10:22 p.m. – Caller reported generator running and subjects building a roof, 1100 block of 24th. Officer responded, contacted contactors, who were unaware of the time. they were trying to finish up the roof before the rain came, but stopped for the night.

Dec. 9

4:49 a.m. – Caller reported a male was trying to get into her sliding glass door, 300 block of Holley. Officer responded, contacted male who was possibly suffering from mental health issues. He is now in the residence he has been staying in. Eric Steinborn, 43, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation: assault.

10:03 a.m. – Caller reported male hit her last night and today, 2400 block of Long. Officer responded, minor physical altercation, non-mandatory arrest, forwarded to city attorney. William Edward Roebuck, 62, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation.

3:15 p.m. – Caller reported her ex took her hope chest from their shared storage unit, 1294 44th, A Squared Storage. Officer contacted caller, investigation ongoing.

4:36 p.m. – Caller reported a car stuck on median, 1000 block of Main. Officer responded, vehicle removed from roadway, damage under $2,500. Benjamin Michael Noffsinger, 41, cited for driving while suspended.

7:10 p.m. – Caller requested welfare check on an elderly female who appears to be confused and has been sitting outside for 20 minutes, 1800 block of Kalmia. Office responded, female was experiencing some mental health issues. She has a caregiver who checks on her daily. She is now back in her residence and is fine.

Dec. 10

1:50 a.m. – Eugene Police located Craig Lee Weiler, 22, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of disorderly conduct.

4:31 a.m. – Caller reported ex-girlfriend came into residence and started hitting him, 4500 block of Long. Officer responded, contacted both parties, minor physical, non-mandatory arrest. Female is leaving for now.

3:28 p.m. – Caller reported she is the property owner of the location and a female she did not lease to is inside, 1700 block of Long. Officer contacted female who is actively moving out, caller notified.

5:17 p.m. – Residential panic alarm on 300 block of Juniper. Officer responded, report taken for disorderly conduct and theft, approximate loss of value $200.

8:08 p.m. – Caller reported children at location yelling, sounds as though they may be in pain, 300 block of Holley. Officer responded, contacted mother, children were rough housing but OK, advised of complaint.

Dec. 11

10:52 a.m. – Linn County Jail served a sweet Home warrant to Breanna Marie Mansell, 27, for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.

1:56 p.m. – Caller reported a male smoked marijuana then got into a vehicle with a small child and drove away, 3700 block of Long. Officer unable to locate, will be on lookout.

2:06 p.m. – Officer responded to an overdose, 3200 block of Main.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported his UPS package was delivered to his neighbors and a package for his neighbor was delivered to him, 900 block of 14th. He wants them to exchange packages, but the neighbor denies having his. Officer contacted, caller will contact UPS to resolve the issue.

5:33 p.m. – Caller reported restaurant workers not wearing masks at location, 1502 Long, Los Faroles. Officer contacted, info noted, OSHA info provided to caller.

7:56 p.m. – Paul William Donaldson, 56, cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear, also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 24th and Main.

8:50 p.m. – Albany Police served Peggy Lynn Gibson, 48, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

Dec. 12

9:58 a.m. – Caller reported he left his dog with a male while he was in rehab and now male is gone with the dog, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, will be on lookout.

12:55 p.m. – Caller reported a carpet cleaner was rented and never returned, 3041 Main, Hoy’s Hardware. Officer responded, civil issue.

1:29 p.m. – Caller reported several packages of meat stolen form the freezer, 1200 block of 2nd. Officer responded, info noted.

10:13 p.m. – Franklin Whitton, 40, cited for driving uninsured and driving without a license, 1300 block of Nandina. Plates seized.

Dec. 13

11:03 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor is cursing and yelling at her for using marijuana, 1100 block of 2nd. Officer responded, contacted involved parties and helped mediate.

11:53 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported medics located a motor vehicle crash, 12th an Main. Officer responded, report taken.

6:05 p.m. – Corvallis Police cited and released Jimmie Lee Barton, 47, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

6:17 p.m. – Caller reported female and male entered her unlocked vehicle and took items, 5300 block of Poplar. Officer responded, report taken for theft and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, approximate loss valued at $700.

10:01 p.m. – Cody Lobdell, 24, arrested on Linn County warrants for two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, two counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of meth, two counts of theft, and contempt of court, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven. Cited and released in the field.
