11:05 a.m. – Caller reported a male deer had been struck and was gravely wounded, 26900 block of Rowell Hill. Deputy dispatched the deer to prevent further suffering.

2:30 p.m. – Austin Alton Wayne Jones, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree criminal mischief, Lebanon.

5:26 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose in the area 1810 Main St., Main Street Market. Officer responded. Owner collected dog and was warned for keeping a dog as a public nuisance.
6:11 p.m. – Zachariah Lee Davis, 30, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, attempting to elude on foot, attempting to elude in a vehicle, reckless driving, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief and cited for driving uninsured and failure to obey a traffic control device, 18th and Tamarack.
8:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male came to her door trying to sell soap, 3200 block of Juniper. Officer contacted the male and his supervisor. They were warned for soliciting without a peddler’s permit. The supervisor collected all associates and left the area.

12:50 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his vehicle, 5500 block of Poplar. Items taken were recovered nearby.
6:45 a.m. – Mark Aaron Lamb, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of reckless driving, 3200 block of Long.
9:29 a.m. – Caller reported shots fired at a residence, 45500 block of Wiley Creek. Report taken.
11:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into a neighbor’s house, 4900 block of Mimosa. Report taken. It did not appear anything was taken.
12:26 p.m. – Caller reported a theft from a vehicle, Highway 20 and Whiskey Butte.
1:37 p..m. – Caller found a wallet, 877 14th Ave, Sankey Park. Placed in found property.
1:42 p.m. – A 15-year-old female taken into custody and referred to Juvenile Department for harassment (domestic violence), second-degree criminal mischief and minor in possession of an inhalant delivery system, 4900 block of Mimosa. Caller had reported his granddaughter was attacking people and breaking items.
3 p.m. – Caller reported license plates stolen from her vehicle, 1300 block of 13th. Report taken. Loss valued at $70.
4:07 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and sale, possession and use of prohibited fireworks, Prineville.
4:40 p.m. – Caller reported a dog attacked her dog, 1700 block of 9th. The caller’s dog was not injured. Owner warned for dog at large.
6:53 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to steal a bush from landscaping, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Information noted.
8:19 p.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 55, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 18th and railroad tracks. Cited and released.
8:38 p.m. – Caller reported a boom truck parked on the street for an extended period and it may have switched plates, 900 block of 7th. Officer responded. Owner put new plates and insurance on the vehicle and planned to move it soon.

10:35 a.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 30, located by Oregon Department of Corrections for a Sweet Home criminal driving warrant. Ames will be incarcerated for 50 months. Department of Corrections will contact later for a court date.
11:12 a.m. – Austyn Mitchell Lee Clark, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on a criminal driving charge, Linn County.
11:25 a.m. – Caller reported a minor crash involving a Public Works vehicle, 1100 block of Main. No injuries. Officer assisted in exchange of information. Public Works vehicle had minor damage.
1:48 p.m. – Caller found a syringe, 4100 block of Osage. Officer seized syringe for disposal.
1:54 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 23, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St. Cited and released from lobby.
3:19 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated neighbor outside with his pants around his ankles masturbating, 200 block of 18th. Officer contacted a heavily intoxicated male. Officer asked him to go inside, and he did.

8:46 a.m. – Caller reported six to seven people setting up behind the garage area at the Chamber of Commerce, 1575 Main St., Caller requested they be told to move along. Officer contacted four subjects, who all moved along.
11:03 a.m. – Avery Freeman, 23, cited for failure to carry current proof of insurance, 13th and Long.
11:48 a.m. – Shelley Caudill, 46, arrested on two counts of reckless endangering, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
12:01 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog was in her yard again harassing her animals, 5500 block of Nandina. Officer responded. It was a different dog than the day before. Owner was counseled. Caller advised.
12:02 p.m. – Caller reported her daughter left behind drug paraphernalia, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Property Seized.
2:34 p.m. – A 17-year-old male referred to Juvenile Department for improper use of 9-1-1, initiating a false report, second-degree disorderly conduct and minor in possession of marijuana, 2400 block of Long.

4:57 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running loose, 46th and Main. Officer unable to locate.
6:25 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dog had been barking for an hour, 1100 block of Ironwood. Officer responded. No answer at door. Officer to check back later.
8:37 p.m. – Heather Nicole Matney, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and fourth-degree assault, 800 block of Cascade Drive, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male left with a basket full of items, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer unable to locate. Caller did not want to pursue charges but wanted the male trespassed.

8:52 a.m. – Sun Sierra Ackley, 24, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 5500 block of Nandina. Caller had reported a neighbor yelling at her in front of her children regarding her dog getting out. A second caller reported a neighbor’s dog continues to get out and attack the second caller’s bunnies. The second caller’s husband had pictures.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported her flowers were stolen out of her flower pots during the night, 900 block of Main. Information noted.
12:45 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 31, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment, 4100 block of Main. Cited and released. Multiple callers reported a physical fight.
2:06 p.m. – Ashley Miles, 30, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 5300 block of Osage. Caller had reported a neighbor’s dog in his yard and trying to attack the caller. The dog was on its owner’s yard upon officer arrival.
2:22 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been parked for several days, 18th and Kalmia. Caller was concerned he was going to hit it when backing out of his driveway. Officer unable to contact owner. Business card left for contact.
2:22 p.m. – A 17-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for second-degree criminal mischief, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.
4:57 p.m. – Caller reported a package stolen from the porch a week earlier, 300 block of 8th.

5:14 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious cardboard box lying in the road in front of her house, 1200 block of Nandina. Officer responded. Box was empty. No further action.
10:33 a.m. – Caller found a dog at large, 5050 Mountain Fir, Samaritan Wiley Creek Community. Officer responded. Dog placed in kennel.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported that at 4 a.m., her trash can lid was open and all of her trash was gone, 200 block of Nandina. Information noted at her request in case it is found dumped somewhere.
4:37 p.m. – Thomas Daniel Elmer, 48, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree forgery, Lebanon.
6:04 p.m. – Caller reported a black and white dog running into traffic, 18th and Main. Officer unable to locate.
7:31 p.m. – Stacy Teixeira, 54, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, 18th and Main.
8:02 p.m. – Brandon Harelson, 25, cited for speeding, 70 mph in a 45-mph zone, 4100 block of Main.
9:17 p.m. – Phillip Thomas Swartz, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and strangulation in a Sweet Home case, Linn County.
Nov. 10
3:27 a.m. – A 14-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for runaway and curfew violation, 1712 Northside Park. Released to mother.
5:50 a.m. – Patrick John Ward, 38, arrested for restraining order violation, Linn County warrant for contempt of court and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 400 block of Oak Terrace. Transported to Linn County Jail.
7:25 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle hit a parked car, 12th near Ironwood. Officer responded. Female cleared by medics. Parties exchanged information. Crash was caused by another vehicle swerving into the female’s lane. No citations issued. Report taken.
2:18 p.m. – Caller reported finding medication, 1800 block of 12th. Property seized for destruction.
2:20 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor was running a generator by a bedroom window all day and nothing was connected to it, 1900 block of Willow. Officer arrived and located a running generator with nothing connected to it. The neighbor admitted he was running it to make a point in an ongoing neighborhood dispute. Officer warned male for city ordinance violation. Both parties advised to call law enforcement in the future for any further disputes. Parties were separated and calm for the time being.
5:04 p.m. – Caller reported a homeless male sleeping on the sidewalk nearby in the roadway, 800 block of Main. Officer contacted the male, who was conscious. The dogs were tied to a cart. Male advised of complaint.
7:46 p.m. – Janene Lynn Gust, 59, cited for violating noise ordinance and arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 900 block of Long. Cited and released. Caller had reported a neighbor yelling and slamming doors.
9:39 p.m. – Eugene James May, 45, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, North Bend.
10:56 p.m.- Caller reported two males yelling at the bus stop, 13th and Kalmia. Officer responded. Male and female arguing upon arrival. Female left the area. Male was going to wait for the bus.
Nov. 9
11:07 a.m. – Caller reported that his daughter and daughter’s boyfriend took items from his home about a week earlier, 2300 block of Harding. Report taken. Loss valued at $5,000.
12:48 p.m. – Caller reported two crows in the backyard, one deceased, the other disoriented, 1700 block of Elm. Caller believed the living bird may have been rabid because it was chasing her. Officer responded. Crow dispatched.
5:39 p.m. – Caller reported a group of juveniles were throwing apples at vehicles and each other, 4900 block of Locust. Officer counseled the juveniles for their actions.
7:10 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dog had been barking nonstop for an hour, 2900 block of Harding. Officer contacted the owner. She said she would work on resolving the issue.
9:49 p.m. – Steffan Michael Milligan, 30, cited for driving without a license, 14th and Kalmia.
10:40 p.m. – Caller reported someone crashed a motorcycle into a fence, 35th and Kalmia. Report taken for hit and run. Vehicle impounded for safekeeping.
Nov. 8
8 a.m. – Caller reported that someone purchased an item from Apple online with his credit card and was having it shipped to Elk Grove, Calif., 300 block of Boulder Ridge Drive. Report taken. Loss valued at $543.
11:30 a.m. – Eric Kurz, 34, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor continues to open the door on his vehicle and yell at the caller while driving by, 1900 block of 20th. Caller was worried the driver might hit the door and take it off. Officer contacted both parties. They were having a dispute over the caller’s speeding. Both had different stories, and the officer advised both to ignore each other until one or the other is able to move.
1:02 p.m. – Kyle Elmer, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree escape, 18th and Main. Cited and released.
2:49 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for more than a month, 800 block of 18th. Owner was to move it by the following week.
4:30 p.m. – Rusty Aaron Eli, 29, arrested for failure to register as a sex offener and Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 4300 block of Main. Cited and released.
4:45 p.m. – Caller reported a white Nissan Versa parked in front of his house for several days without moving, 500 block of Oak Terrace. Officer contacted the owner, who said the vehicle broke down. The owner was trying to get someone to move it. Owner advised it would be towed by Sunday if it wasn’t moved.
6:37 p.m. – Caller reported a large German Shepherd mix with a pink rhinestone collar and no tag showed up in the 2400 block of Harding. Dog placed in kennel.
8:07 p.m. – Zachary Guy Richmond, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Eugene.
11:34 p.m. – Jared Nicholas Bilyeu, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for first-degree burglary, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.
