12:20 a.m. – Ra Ross Allen Scott, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Toledo.
12:46 a.m. – Nicholas Duncan Jr., 41, cited for driving while suspended, Cedar Shack parking lot.
1:09 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges on her account, 1100 block of 1st. Caller advised of options.
1:56 p.m. – Caller reported screens were taken off windows and a lock was cut from a shed, 900 block of Dogwood. Information noted.
3:42 p.m. – Caller reported lottery-register keys taken, 1203 Long St., All Star Pizza. Report taken.
4:27 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked in front of her house for three weeks, 1300 block of 45th. Vehicle posted for removal.
4:30 p.m. – Sheena Nicole Olsen, 34, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of reckless driving, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
6:10 p.m. – Michael Gordon, 37, cited for dog at large, 1200 block of 44th. Multiple callers had reported two adult dogs and a puppy loose and attacking cats. Officer caught the adult dogs but was unable to locate the puppy.
6:23 p.m. – Caller reported people were inside a house that had previously been burned in a fire, 43rd and Airport. Caller believed they were setting up a camp. Officer contacted a male and female who had been given permission to stay in the house by the homeowner. The officer advised them that the house was unfit to live in. Information forwarded to code enforcement officer.
6:49 p.m. – Sirena Marie Patricio, 27, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
9:11 p.m. – Caller reported her son sold her phone, 1700 block of Fir. Report taken.
9:51 p.m. – Derrick James Freeman, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for second-degree theft, Deschutes County.
10:14 p.m. – Frank Archie Thompson II, 45, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Linn County.
11:28 p.m. – Caller reported a husky in his front yard, 1000 block of 15th. Dog returned to owner. Owner warned for dog at large.

7:29 a.m. – Caller reported an injured dog running loose, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer unable to locate the dog.
11:16 a.m. – Zachary Gene Johnson, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis.
12 p.m. – Heather Dean Church, 52, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
12:06 p.m. – Caller reported semi-trailer tarps stolen, 800 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,200.
12:10 p.m. – Caller reported transients disrupting a bus route, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the individuals and advised them of the complaint.
12:20 p.m. – Two 14-year-old juveniles referred to Juvenile Department for possession of tobacco, railroad tracks.
1:08 p.m. – Agnes Frances Arthur cited for using a cell phone while driving, 18th and Long.
1:20 p.m. – Caller reported people camped out in front of building, 948 Main St. Officer contacted a male, and he moved on.
1:25 p.m. – Caller reported his tires were slashed, 400 block of Boulder Ridge. Information noted. Unknown if it was accidental or intentional.
6:04 p.m. – Jamie Carpenter, 43, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, 1500 block of Main.
8:21 p.m. – Officer located a bicycle frame, 14th Avenue near the bridge. Placed in found property.
Oct. 14
8:40 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious female in the bathroom, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer contacted the female who said she was having alcohol withdrawals. She was advised of the complaint, and she agreed to leave the area.
9:51 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 30, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and not wearing a seatbelt, 2295 Main St., Mobile station.
12:17 p.m. – Amy Danielle Ward, 36, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.
1:41 p.m. – Timothy Tyrell Combs, 37, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of criminal driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of felon in possession of a weapon, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Transported to Linn County Jail.
3:46 p.m. – A Giustina Resources logging crew working on the McClun Mainline found an original California birth certificate. Deputy contacted the owner, who lives between Lebanon and Sweet Home. He thought the birth certificate should have been in his mother’s filing cabinet. He was unable to explain how it came to be lost in the forest.
4 p.m. – Betty Jane Robinson, 77, cited for failure to stop for a pedestrian in a vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash, Main and 12th. The pedestrian had minor injuries. An investigation revealed that speed was not a factor.
4:48 p.m. – Justin Lee Walker, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.
4:49 p.m. – Isaac Philip Waugh, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of interfering with a police officer, Albany.
