2:16 a.m. – Zachariah Lee Davis, 30, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of attempted assault on a peace officer, driving under the influence, reckless driving, interfering with a peace officer, attempted to commit a class C felony, 1200 12th, Chewy’s. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:48 a.m. – Caller reported a male, against whom he has a restraining order, approached him at 2405 Main St., 7-Eleven. Report taken. Information forwarded to district attorney for review.
3:23 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole her medication, 3100 block of Main. Information noted.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reported a dog bite, 700 block of Alder. Report taken.
4:39 p.m. – Report taken for restraining order violation, 40800 block of Highway 228.
6:39 p.m. – A 16-year-old male taken into custody for third-degree assault, riot and second-degree disorderly conduct, 300 block of 7th. Transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center. Riot is a charge, a class C felony, based on five or more persons engaging in tumultuous and violent conduct thereby intentionally or recklessly creating a grave risk of causing public alarm. This arrest was in followup to an ongoing investigation, and several other juveniles have been taken into custody in connection to the investigation since July.
8:14 p.m. – Donald Blake Miller, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem.
Oct. 12
12:40 p.m. – Chaylan Tosta, 37, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 13th and Long. Cited and released.
1:59 a.m. – Caller reported she was involved in a crash with no injuries, 5700 block of Main. No lanes blocked. Report taken. Vehicle towed, and Oregon Department of Transportation notified about damage to guardrail.
8:51 a.m. – Caller reported her Halloween lights were stolen, 100 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $27.
9:08 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the caller’s vehicle and took $1,370 worth of items, 44700 block of Quartzville. Report taken.
9:38 a.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dogs were running around the neighborhood, 1300 block of Nandina. Officer unable to locate loose dogs. Officer heard dogs inside the house.
11:13 a.m. – Caller flagged down an officer to report someone attempted to pry open the back door of the restaurant, 6305 Main St., The Point. Report taken. Door had minor cosmetic damage.
11:37 a.m. – Caller reported that someone was sending her sexually explicit messages, 600 block of Main. Report taken for a stalking order violation.
11:56 a.m. – Caller found a syringe in the bush near the entrance to McDonald’s, 2000 Main St. Item seized for destruction.
5:34 p.m. – Colton Robert Michael Rictor, 18, turned himself in on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, minor in possession of alcohol and a proceeding violation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center.
6:48 .m. – Caller reported a courtesy clerk was assaulted by a male and then the male subject ran off behind the store, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Male gone upon officer arrival. Report taken. The male had been attempting to steal cans when confronted by the courtesy clerk. The clerk was uninjured.
9:13 p.m. – Caller reported a female put items in her pocket and left the store, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
11:05 p.m. – Caller reported that her boyfriend attempted to attack her and was being physically restrained by her friend, 4200 block of Main. Parties were separated upon officer arrival. The altercation was between a male and a friend of the caller. Neither wanted to pursue charges. The male was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics for injuries sustained during the altercation.

10:19 a.m. – Crystal Dawn Strickland, 30, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
12:58 p.m. – Caller reported a female driver hit a mailbox and telephone then drove away, 18th and Cedar. Report taken.
1:21 p.m. – Frederick Wilkins Cadger, 52, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
1:32 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, license and school ID, 1900 block of Long. Placed in found property.
1:38 p.m. – Camella Marie Boyd, 65, arrested for hit and run with property damage, first-degree criminal mischief and driving under the influence, 2220 Nandina St. Cited and released.
3:23 p.m. – Quentin Wyatt Qadros, 21, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
5:54 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running at large, 23rd and Long. Dog released to owner.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a vacant house, 1600 block of Dogwood. Dog placed in kennel and report taken for animal abandonment.
6:46 p.m. – Caller reported a subject just intentionally ran into her vehicle, 600 block of 8th. Report taken for hit and run, menacing and misdemeanor driving while suspended.
8:52 p.m. – Randy Dale Ensley, 55, arrested for hit and run with property damage, misdemeanor driving while suspended and menacing, 1176 48th Loop. Cited and released.
10:16 p.m. – Shane William Wells cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, Linn County Jail.
Oct. 10
2:35 a.m. – Caller reported an altercation with one male injured and another male leaving on a bike, old City Hall, 1140 12th Ave. A second caller reported a male on a bike came up and started punching and kicking her friend before leaving. A third caller reported two males attempted to fight him and he left the scene. Officer found parties separated upon arrival. A male was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics. The injured male did not want to pursue charges. Officer unable to locate one of the male callers.
12:41 p.m. – Elizabeth Lynn Riddle, 21, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrants for four counts of unauthorized departure, probation violation on two original charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and cited for driving uninsured and failure to install an ignition interlock device, Napa.
12:42 p.m. – Sonya Leeann McKendree, 50, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Main Street Market. Cited and released.
12:59 p.m. – Caller reported the owner of a neighboring property clear cut and burned the neighbor’s property and the caller’s property as well, 4500 block of Airport Lane. Report taken.
2:45 p.m. – Stacey Diane Stafford, 47, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of placing offensive substance in water, the highway or property, 13th and Long. Cited and released.
2:55 p.m. – A 16-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.
4:55 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 23, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of minor in possession and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
5:19 p.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 56, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief and Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, 1700 block of Main. Cited and released.
6:02 p.m. – Tommy Burke, 40, arrested for probation violation, 1900 block of 20th. Caller had reported hearing a male yelling curse words and “get out of my yard” at children.
Oct. 9
9:01 a.m. – Caller reported vehicles had been vandalized by her ex, 1100 block of 18th. Report taken. Damage estimated at more than $1,000.
9:47 a.m. – Caller reported that a male and female who had been trespassed were back, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Officer contacted the subjects panhandling near the driveway. No violations reported or observed at the time. Subjects were counseled about blocking the roadway and sidewalk.
10:19 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole a gas can, 6200 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.
10:20 a.m. – Caller reported a transient had set up camp in the bus stop, 13th and Kalmia. Officer unable to locate.
11:30 a.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber, 30, arrested on Linn County warrants for probation violation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine, giving false information to a police officer, resisting arrest, second-degree theft, felon in possession of a weapon and possession of heroin, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
12:59 p.m. – Deputy contacted a female camping alone at milepost 19 on Quartzville Road. She had been camped beyond 14 days. She requested the deputy call a friend of hers to come get her.
1:54 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, Long and 26th. Officer located the dog but could not get close to it. Last seen at Fir Court and Foothills.
5:15 p.m. – Officer located a great Dane running loose, Elm and 3rd. Dog returned to residence and released to sitter. Card left for owner contact.

8:13 a.m. – Serenity Katelyn Douglas, 20, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 1091 Wiley Creek Road. Caller had located a loose dog roaming the neighborhood.
8:40 a.m. – Caller reported a scooter stolen, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.
1:02 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 5th and Oak Terrace. Officer unable to locate.

2:13 p.m. – Caller reported someone camping on the lot next to the Chamber of Commerce, 1575 Main St. Officer located the camp but was unable to locate anyone around. Officer to check back later.
2:47 p.m. – Crystal Chantel Dawn Schatz, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

3:53 p.m. – Caller reported that someone paid with counterfeit money, 4804 Main St., Spoleto’s. Report taken.
5:32 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog was killing her chickens, 27000 block of Greenville.
6:40 p.m. – Caller reported a husky with a limp running across the caller’s property, 3600 block of Green River. Officer unable to catch the dog.
6:49 p.m. – A 16-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Caller had reported a juvenile vaping outside a neighboring residence.
10:37 p.m. – Richard Nathaniel Bird, 22, arrested for felony driving while suspended, Marion County warrant for parole violation and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Foster Dam. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:42 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 30, cited for driving uninsured, 4600 block of Main.
11:33 a.m. – Nicholas Scott Warren, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on three original charges of third-degree theft and original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon. Cited and released.
12:07 p.m. – Caller reported a company truck stolen, 700 block of Birch.
12:38 p.m. – Caller found a golden Lab, Pleasant Valley. Dog returned to owner.
1:33 p.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 31, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, 1530 Main St.
2:33 p.m. – Caller reported four firearms stolen from his residence, 3100 block of Main. Report taken.
3:54 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog came into her yard and killed her ducks, 400 block of W. Holley. Information noted. No evidence it was the neighbor’s dog that killed the ducks. Caller advised to set up surveillance cameras.
4:33 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 47, arrested for harassment, 1906 Willow St. Caller had reported a neighbor spanking his 8-year-old daughter.
6:14 p.m. – Charles Niven Lippert, 47, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Multiple callers had reported a male assaulting a female and then hitting a vehicle with a baseball bat. Damage estimated at $250.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported a homeless camp in the trees behind her house, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer contacted a male who admitted it was his camp. He agreed to take it down and leave the area.
8:27 p.m. – Sarah Kay McBee-King, 28, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of theft of services, Salem.
10:03 p.m. – Curtis Daniel, 45, cited for expired registration and driving uninsured, 6th and Oak Terrace.
