The Linn County District Attorney has filed a charge of attempted use of a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct against Lawrence Glenn Mahlberg, 55, of Sweet Home.
Mahlberg was arrested by Sweet Home Police Aug. 8 at South Fork manufactured home park, 3224 Main St., on three charges.
