9:51 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on Main Street facing east in the westbound lanes, 600 block of Main. Jumper cables were hanging out of the hood. Vehicle towed as a hazard. Occupant given courtesy transport to Bi-Mart.
12:18 p.m. – Travis Gary Hummer, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Albany.
2:32 p.m. – Caller turned in a jar with syringes inside, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

12:27 a.m. – Crystal Dawn Struckland arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Benton County.
10:11 a.m. – Caller reported that someone ran into the caller’s fence during the night, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken.
12:18 p.m. – Caller reported the burglary and theft of an outbuilding, 44000 block of North River. Report taken.
2:09 p.m. – Chei Lyn Olson, 46, arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported a battery stolen, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken.
7:41 p.m. – Officer located a vehicle that slid off the roadway with three occupants, 59th and Poplar. Officer stood by while a tow truck pulled the vehicle out of the ditch. No injuries.
9:18 p.m. – Andrew Christopher Jones, 22, cited on Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, Albany.
10:13 p.m. – Nancy Jeanette Larsen, 59, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 15th and Main.
10:54 p.m. – Caller reported a group of kids ran up, pounded on his door and then sped off in a vehicle, One of them lost a hat. Officer seized hat.

2:15 a.m. – Robert Alan Kelly, 28, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation and cited for driving while suspended, 700 block of 8th. Cited and released.
5:07 a.m. – Christopher Allen Hill, 27, cited for driving uninsured, Highway 228 at Thriftway.
5:11 a.m. – Caller reported that her husband tried to assault her while she was holding an infant, 600 block of 8th. Parties separated. Information forwarded to city attorney for review.
7:47 a.m. – Caller reported a female was camped out in front of the church, 400 block of Oak Terrace. Officer gave female a courtesy transport to the Sweet Home Police Department lobby where she could remain temporarily to warm up.
10:38 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his pressure washer, 800 block of 14th. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.
3:34 p.m. – Richard Francis Burnside, 28, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin, 900 block of Long. Cited and released.
3:40 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her car and took prescription medication, 000 block of Nandina. Officer responded. Information noted.
3:59 p.m. – Amber Elizabeth Martinez, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of resisting arrest, Umpqua Bank. Cited and released.
7:55 p.m. – Idefonzo Quiroz Barrera Jr., 53, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Long and 12th.
7:56 p.m. – Caller found a used needle in her front yard, 1000 block of 13th. Office disposed of the needle.
8:21 p.m. – Heather Dean Church, 52, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.

12:12 a.m. – Chavana Bowser, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Marion County warrant for third-degree theft and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin and a criminal citation, Long and Mountain View. Transported to Linn County Jail.
1:51 a.m. – Timothy Ames Jr., 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, 2405 Main St, Cited and released.
5:10 p.m. – Caller reported a pickup ran into her car then drove off, 15th and Main. Report taken.
5:13 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole license plates from her daughter’s car, 2200 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $25.
5:51 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole her live trap, which was on the front porch, 1300 block of 13th. Information noted.
6:05 p.m. – Caller found a brown canvas wallet, 4800 block of Main. Placed in found property.
8:24 – Gino Anthony Marcoccia, 44, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving and cited for open container, Highway 228 entering Sweet Home. Cited and released. Caller had reported a black Ford truck nearly hitting two cars and unable to maintain lane.
9:11 p.m. – Caller reported a possible stalking order violation, 1641 Long St., Swet Home high School. Referred to district attorney for review.

2:27 a.m. – Joe Wood, 29, arrested on Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree harassment, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief, 1600 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:45 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s deputies located a vehicle reported stolen out of Sweet Home.
3:09 p.m. – Jimmy Leon Coonrod, 66, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrants for two counts of failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
3:34 p.m. – Caller reported a female went to the caller’s house to take an order from the caller and then used the caller’s bank card to make other unauthorized purchases, 1800 block of Tamarack. Report taken.
4:10 p.m. – Riyan Wesley Sechrest, 32, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer recovered a firearm that had been reported stolen out of California.
8:22 p.m. – Caller reported a single-vehicle crash, 24700 block of Brush Creek. Vehicle slid off a snowy road into a ditch. No injuries. No vehicle damage.

10:45 a.m. – Ra Ross Allen Scott, 25, served on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln County Jail.
11:19 a.m. – Brezy Marie Pitts, 40, cited and released in field for failure to carry and present a license, driving while suspended and failure to register vehicle, 900 block of 12th.
1:18 p.m. – Caller reported a lock cut on a water meter, 2200 block of Ironwood. Information noted.
1:31 p.m. – Caller reported a Publisher’s Clearinghouse scam, 1800 block of Gape. Information noted.
3:48 p.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Dagget, 25, served on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
4:10 p.m. – Earl Myers, 54, arrested for menacing. Caller had reported a male threatening to kill the caller, and then Myers allegedly threatened the responding officer, 4800 block of 48th.
10:22 p.m. – Officer located a vehicle that hit the median, 60th and Main. The vehicle was unoccupied. Vehicle towed as a hazard.
10:46 p.m. – Caller found a bicycle, 899 Main St., Napa. Bicycle placed in found property.

12:51 a.m. – Andrea Michelle Gali, 38, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Caller had reported a male, who had been at location earlier in the evening with a fake $100, had returned. Male trespassed.
1:30 p.m. – Callers reported that someone stole several items, 621 Main St., Thiftway. Report taken. Loss valued at $39.42.
2:22 p.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1200 block of Long. Cited and released.
2:29 p.m. – Caller reported two batteries stolen out of her client’s truck, 1300 block of Sunset Lane. Report taken. Loss valued at $800.
7:37 p.m. – Vehicle towed as abandoned, 1200 block of Evergreen.
7:53 p.m. – Kenneth Helfrich, 37, cited and released in field on Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 4100 block of Long. Caller had reported a male on her porch yelling about free puppies. Officer contacted the male, who was having some mental health issues.

2:06 p.m. – Caller found a debit card in the ATM, 1199 10th Ave., Key Bank. Placed in found property.

4:47 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had been using his debit card at various locations in Sweet Home, 1000 block of 13th. Report taken. Loss valued at $189.
4:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male was camped inside the Sweet Home Post Office, 1303 Long St. Officer contacted the male and reminded him he has been trespassed. He agreed to leave.

3:22 a.m. – Laryssa Cox, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unlawful possession of heroin, 1809 Willow St. Cited and released.
9:25 a.m. – Kaitlyn Rae Carpenter, 19, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 3000 block of Main.
10:32 a.m. – Caller reported a loose dog, 1500 block of 41st. Dog returned to owner later.
11:01 p.m. – Caller reported possible restraining order violations, 3100 block of Main. Information noted.
11:24 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle hit the caller’s niece while she was in a crosswalk and knocked her down, 1600 block of Elm. No injury other than possible bruising. The caller said the female operator yelled at the pedestrian and took off. Investigation pending.

12:12 p.m. – Caller found a piece of luggage in Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Placed in found property.
12:24 p.m. – Caller reported that a subject stole a Starbuck’s coffee drink, 4824 Main St., Hilltop Market. When the clerk stopped him, he refused to give it back and left in a white Mazdar. Report taken.
