Feb. 14

8:59 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors replaced the concrete that supports his shop, 43000 block of North River.

Feb. 13

7:02 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole his bicycle, 3100 block of Juniper. Report taken. Loss valued at $300.

8:55 a.m. – Garland C. Richts-meier, 51, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

9:28 a.m. – Billy Dawson, 40, arrested on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation on contempt of court, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

11:04 a.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to steal her boat during the night, 3100 block of Main. Officer contacted the owner. Boat was not sitting the way the caller had left it. Caller was unsure if someone tampered with it or if the wind blew it over.

3:25 p.m. – Paul Donaldson, 54, cited for driving while suspended, 1200 block of 23rd.

7 p.m. – Caller reported that a male, against whom she has a restraining order, was at her location, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken to be forwarded to the district attorney for review.

10:25 p.m. – Caller reported two females left with loaded bags that they did not pay for, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $32.93.

11:31 p.m. – Loree Day Moore, 58, arrested for third-degree theft, and Amber Dawn Barton, 40, arrested for third-degree theft, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 3232 Main St., South Fork manufactured home park. Both cited and released.

Feb. 12

9:41 a.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix, 43, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on two original counts of misdemeanor driving while suspended and failure to comply on original charge of hit and run, Josephine County.

10:52 a.m. – David Harry Peter Johnson, 42, arrested for violating a restraining order, 800 block of Nelson Ave., Lebanon.

11:22 a.m. – Ryan Logan Binks, 26, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln City.

11:43 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle in the creek under Weddle Bridge, 877 14th Ave., Sankey park. Bicycle placed in found property.

12:59 p.m. – Deputy recovered a stolen vehicle, 45700 block of Whiskey Butte.

1:15 p.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree escape, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

1:17 p.m. – Jeffrey Ryan Harris, 25, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

8:49 p.m. – Caller was concerned for an older male who was in the Sweet Home Post Office, 1303 Long St. He was wet and shivering. Officer gave the male a courtesy ride to the warming shelter.

Feb. 11

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported she heard a female yelling, looked outside and saw a subject running out a door, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken for violation of a restraining order.

10:59 a.m. – A 17-year-old student referred to Linn County Juvenile Department for fourth-degree assault, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Caller reported he had four students who were involved in a fight in his office.

12:26 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at $500.

1:06 p.m. – Paul William Donaldson, 54, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Holley and Main.

1:24 p.m. – Two vehicles tagged for removal, 400 block of Elm.

2:18 p.m. – Shawna Dawn Buchanan, 36, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and Jason Alan Hainline, 40, arrested on Marion County warrant for second-degree theft, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of first-degree burglary and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, 890 Main St. Hainline transported to Linn County Jail.

3:52 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle hit a pedestrian, 3200 block of Main. Officer contacted the victim, who said he had some pain in his arm but did not want medical attention. Information exchanged.

5:31 p.m. – Deputy assisted subjects stuck in the snow at milepost 18, Quartzville Road. Deputy gave a ride to Sweet Home where they could get help.

5:52 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a male standing by the road shouting, 3000 block of Main. Officer contacted the male, who was loudly reading Scriptures from the Bible. No further action.

8:20 p.m. – Clinton Jack Williams, 30, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Jefferson County.

9:25 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Carrico, 34, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply, Linn County.
