4:22 a.m. – Christopher Wilson-Reeder, 28, arrested for fourth-degree assault, 27900 block of Liberty. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Feb. 2

8:34 a.m. – Cutty Moore arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and outstanding warrants, 36900 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Jan. 31

12:28 a.m. – Officer located a black Honda with open doors, 2300 block of Harding. Vehicle towed as a hazard.

8:50 a.m. – Caller reported her 13-year-old daughter was throwing a tantrum and the caller needed assistance, 3100 block of Long. Office responded and counseled the juvenile.

9:23 a.m. – Caller found a yellow Lab in the road, 4300 block of Airport. Dog returned to owner.

10:19 a.m. – Two 14-year-old juveniles referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

12:15 p.m. – Hunter Ringheimer, 25, arrested on state warrant for parole violation and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, 1203 Long St. Transportation to Linn County Jail.

1:38 p.m. – James Edwin Gillette, 74, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 3000 block of Main.

1:46 p.m. – Jana Elizabeth Plante-Honeyball, 43, cited for no license, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

2:42 p.m. – Caller found a safe in the woods, Green River Road. Placed in found property.

3:11 p.m. – Marlyn Harrington, 45, arrested on Marion County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 54th and Quince. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:48 p.m. – Kyle Anthony Carter, 27, cited on Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, Highway 20 and Groshong.

10:08 p.m. – Kaleb Foster, 18, cited for driving uninsured, 1700 block of Long.

10:19 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

10:27 p.m. – Sean North Jr., 26, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to comply, 3200 block of Main.

10:43 p.m. – Nathan Lewis, 27, arrested for driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving, 44th and Main. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

Jan. 30

10:22 a.m. – Jimmy Leon Coonrod, 66, charged with contempt of court, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Booked, held and released with time served.

12:37 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole food stamps from her mailbox, 2200 block of Larch. Information noted.

1:56 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had been using her bank account without her permission, Albany. Information noted. Possible civil issue.

2:28 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile popped a balloon outside her business, 1141 Long St., Lilies and Lovelies. Juvenile had already left the area. Caller wanted the juvenile counseled. Information noted.

3:05 p.m. – Caller reported a female shoplifter left west on foot, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Item recovered and valued at $3.99.

3:26 p.m. – Caller reported a small dog running loose, 12th and Main. Dog placed in kennel. Email sent to Animal Control.

5 p.m. – Anthony David Vestal, 42, cited for driving uninsured, 1540 Main St., Safeway.

6:43 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on two original counts of second-degree criminal trespass, 1745 Dogwood St. Cited and released.

9:54 p.m. – Davy Phillips, 46, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:05 p.m. – Kent Allen Vannorsdall, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, Multnomah County Jail.

Jan. 29

12:22 a.m. – Caller reported a truck is at Sweet Home Mennonite Church two or three times a week and was there at the time of the report, 1266 44th Ave. Officer contacted a father and his son, who were playing Pokemon Go.

1:01 a.m. – James Eugene Mobley, 34, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and five Albany warrants, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Transported to Albany Police Department.

8:05 a.m. – Caller reported that a person entered a garden shed on his property in the past month and stole a 1995 Stihl weed eater. Report taken. Loss valued at $400.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was just driven onto his lawn and the owner got out and left, 500 block of 7th. Officer contacted the owner of the vehicle. It appeared the emergency brake was not set correctly and the vehicle rolled into the neighbor’s yard, 500 block of 7th.

10:43 a.m. – Michael Lee Winfrey, 38, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on multiple original charges: second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of third-degree escape and two counts of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

12:28 p.m. – Caller reported a family member stole property from another and pawned it, 41300 block of Port. Report taken.

12:54 p.m. – School bus driver reported a vehicle failed to stop when red lights were flashing, 1600 block of Main. Vehicle had temporary plates, and police were unable to send notice to the registered owner.

12:55 p.m. – Caller reported two large dogs in his backyard, 1200 block of 41st. Officer located the owner and returned the dogs to their own property. Caller did not wish for the owner to be cited at the time.

2:03 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle attempted to turn around in her yard, tore up her lawn and crashed into her fence, 1200 block of Clark Mill. Report taken.

3:34 p.m. – Caller reported his daughter’s friend’s phone was stolen at school, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Boys and Girls Club recovered the phone.

3:34 p.m. – Caller reported a single-vehicle crash, 48600 block of Quartzville. Driver had been traveling east. While attempting to avoid bumps in the road, he misjudged the width of the roadway and went into a ditch. No injuries. Driver’s side damaged.

3:53 p.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 20, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:16 p.m. – Addam Real arrested on outstanding warrants and failure to register as a sex offender, 41200 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

6:20 p.m. – Christopher Andrew Lee Hughlett, 29, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 3026 Main St., Sun Motel. Cited and released.

6:48 p.m. – Officer encountered a vehicle in a ditch, Sun Lane. Officer contacted the driver to verify status and insurance. Oregon Department of Transportation arrived and waited with the driver until Oregon State Police could arrive.

Jan. 28

4:47 a.m. – Heather Richards, 38, arrested on a Linn County warrant.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported a male subject sleeping in a vehicle in the guest parking area, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Caller knocked on the window to try to tell him to leave, but the subject did not respond. Officer contacted the male and told him to leave the area and have a valid driver come and take his pickup.

11:20 a.m. – Caller reported an elderly male backed into the caller’s vehicle and damaged her bumper, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer stood by while drivers exchanged information.

11:30 a.m. – Caller reported that when he arrived to work, a residential construction job, the door was open and a tool box missing, 2200 block of Larch. Report taken.

1:54 p.m. – Caller reported a person sleeping at the bus stop all day long, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the female subject, and she agreed to leave the area.

2:11 p.m. – Kern Andrew Smith, 23, cited and released in the field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation on original charge of littering, 2500 block of Long. Officer assisted in removing a hazardous vehicle from the road.

3:23 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog in the street, 1800 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel.

3:28 p.m. – Caller reported his bicycle stolen eight days earlier, 1200 block of Nandina. Caller did not wish to make an official theft report. Information noted.

4:34 p.m. – Caller reported a female was in violation of a stalking order, 1900 block of Willow. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

4:52 p.m. – Caller reported that someone abandoned a dog, 5300 block of Poplar. Dog gone upon officer arrival.

5:34 p.m. – Caller reported a group of intoxicated people yelling profanities at customers, 1540 Main St., Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Report taken.

Jan. 27

8:46 a.m. – Caller reported that a subject threw a foam cup of pop at the front door, 1108 Main St. Officer contacted the caller who wished for the subject to be counseled for his actions.

9:39 a.m. – Samuel Frank Ayres, 20, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display of validating stickers, 13th and Kalmia.

11:53 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle entered and property taken, 3137 Main St., Trailer Villa. Report taken. Loss valued at $835.

12:56 p.m. – Officer located property, 3137 Main St., Trailer Villa. Property seized for safekeeping.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported a firearms denial, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Investigation pending.

3:09 p.m. – Officer encountered a vehicle and small trailer that had become separated in the middle of the street, 47th and Main. Officer stood by for traffic control while the driver hooked the trailer to the vehicle.

6:45 p.m. – Anna Marie Dean, 45, cited for expired plates and driving uninsured, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

8:27 p.m. – While on a traffic stop, officer located a male subject out of compliance with sex offender registration, 12th and Nandina. Investigation continuing.
