A new Dollar Tree store is under construction at the intersection of Main and 24th Avenue.
The City of Sweet Home issued permits for site work on July 16.
According to building permit documents, the building size will be 9,868 square feet. The business will have 42 parking spaces, with an administratively approved variance from a regular requirement of 48 spaces.
The value of the project was estimated at $892,000, not including signage.
