A free weekly triathlon brick session will be offered at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at the Sweet Home Track.
The workout will be 45-60 minutes of high-intensity bike/run. The bike will be done on a stationary trainer and the run will either be on the track or road.
Participants need to bring a bike, stationary trainer and front wheel lift, running shoes, towel and water or electrolyte replacement drink.
