8:42 a.m. – Caller reported that a Sweet Home Sanitation employee was approached by a male subject with a gun at the Ames Creek plant. Report taken for criminal trespass and felon in possession of a firearm. Investigation continuing.

9:55 a.m. – Caller reported that transients were camping under a carport and urinating in the alleyway, 1200 block of Main. Unable to locate. Caller would like subjects to move along and would like to pursue charges.

3:47 a.m. – David A. Kirby, 35, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft, 1980 Kalmia St. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
8:29 a.m. – Sherry Patricia Brannon, 48, arrested for interfering with making a 9-1-1 call, 4019 Clark Mill. Cited and released.
8:32 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Browand, 20, arrested for first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass, 1757 Long St. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male carrying a garbage can and several boxes while yelling and screaming. A second caller observed the subject going into the backyard of an unoccupied residence. Upon arrival officer reported observing the subject inside a residence. He also was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass in connection to a case at 1890 Kalmia St and third-degree theft in connection to the theft of a garbage can at a residence in the 1800 block of Kalmia.
9:16 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a weed eater and leaf blower valued at $670 from the bed of his pickup, 2200 block of Ironwood. Report taken.
9:27 a.m. – Caller reported someone had set up camp behind the Sweet Home Gleaners, 3037 Main St. Officer contacted a male subject and gave him a trespass warning.
9:47 a.m. – Caller reported two women digging through the remains of the fire at 1900 Willow St. Caller was concerned about their safety and was unsure if they belonged there. Officer responded and was unable to locate females. The officer later contacted two males who said they were asked to give an estimate. The family of the property owner advised that no one had permission to be there, and if the family does give permission to someone in the future, it will notify the Police Department.

12:53 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing near a light pole huffing a can, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer contacted the subject and issued a trespass warning for all Bi-Marts nationwide and warned for unlawful possession of inhalants.
6:08 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of fishing poles worth $600, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken.

9:41 a.m. – Caller reported yard debris being blown into the street, overwhelming the street sweeper, 2200 block of Long. Referred to code enforcement.
9:42 a.m. – Caller reported a portable basketball hoop and refuse container blocking the gutter, backing up rainwater and blocking street sweeper access, 300 block of Seventh. Referred to code enforcement.
10:22 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked near her residence for about two weeks, 4000 block of Osage. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Lebanon. Vehicle released to registered owner.

4:35 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles target shooting with bows and arrows on Husky Field. Officer contacted an adult male, who was from out of state, target practicing. Officer advised him where it would be appropriate and legal to do so.
