Brian Lee Lindsay was sentenced on Aug. 18 to 78 months in prison in three cases, including a June 14 home invasion robbery.
He is the second of four accused in the case to be sentenced.
In a plea agreement, Lindsay pleaded no contest to first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated theft. Dismissed were charges of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree robbery, first-degree theft and third-degree theft.
