Two Sweet Home men were arrested Thursday, one allegedly for being a a felon in possession of a firearm and allegedly attempting to purchase ammunition at Dan Dee Sales.
At approximately 1:06 p.m. on Dec. 22, an off-duty police officer was at Dan Dee Sales and observed a person known to him to be a felon allegedly attempting to purchase ammunition, said Police Chief Bob Burford. The felon also allegedly had a handgun.
