A Run From Cancer 5K race will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, at Husky Stadiumon 22nd Avenue.
The event is being organized by local college student Amanda Basham. Proceeds will benefit the Leukemia and Lympoma Society.
Check-in will be from 7:30 to 8:55 a.m. on race day. Cost is $15 per runner. Awards will go to the top overall male and female and the top three males and females will receive medals.…
