Ashley Smith and Chad Tenbusch are engaged to be married on July 17.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harland and Shirley Smith of Sweet Home. She graduated from Sweet Home High School in 2004. She graduated from Concorde College in Portland as a surgery technologist and is now employed at Riverbend Hospital in Springfield. She has been accepted to the nursing school at Linn-Benton Community College and will start there this fall.
