City of Sweet Home Community Development Director Carol Lewis is completing a final draft of a new sign ordinance.
The Planning Commission held a work session on June 7 to review the latest draft.
Lewis said the final draft will include a handful of grammatical changes. It also clarifies certain provisions, such as how to measure the height of a sign on excavated ground.
