Fire damaged a 13th Avenue home on Friday just after new tenants moved in.
Sharyl Allen, 32, had moved her possessions in the night before but returned to the Dorena area because the power had not been turned on yet, said Fire Chief Mike Beaver.
Pacific Power turned on the power at about 10:30 a.m., Beaver said. The Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District received a report of the fire at 10:43 a.m.
