Dennis and Angeline Fischer of Sweet Home celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on May 2.
They were married May 2, 1950 in Polar, Wis.
Dennis Fischer was a Farmers Insurance agent in Sweet Home for some 30 years, and Angeline Fischer worked at his agency, as well as volunteering in the community.
They have two daughters, Penny Fentiman of Sweet Home and Cindy Cutts of Lincoln, Calif.
Their son-in-law, Craig Fentiman, is Sweet Home’s mayor.
