One person was injured in a two-car accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and Quartzville Road on Aug. 4.
A 1994 Coachman motorhome, driven by Jeremy William Orr, 34, of Sweet Home was turning left from Highway 20 to Quartzville Road, according to Oregon State Police. A 2003 Honda Magna, driven by Ricky Lee Seiber, 43, was driving west on Highway 20 when the collision occurred.
Seiber was taken to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with injuries and was expected to recover.
Police said they will cite Orr for a dangerous left turn.
