Tera Smith and Dave Steagall plan to marry on Sept. 4.
Smith is the daughter of Keri Joe Marsters of Roseburg and Robert Smith of Palmdale, Calif. She is a 2000 graduate of Roseburg High School.
Steagall is the son of Bud and Sue Steagall of Sweet Home. He is a 1990 graduate of Sweet Home High School. He is employed with the Local 29 Iron Workers.
