Adolph Hitler’s last courier, Armin Lehmann, will be the featured speaker at the 23rd Annual Geneological Workshop at 6 p.m. on March 14 at the Sweet Home Genealogical Society library at the corner of 12th Street and Kalmia Avenue.
From April 20 to 30, 1945, Lehmann, a child soldier, found Hitler to be merely feet away, perhaps several inches on several occasions. Eva Braun gave him a glass of water and a few kind words.
