Oregon State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a Sweet Home woman last week at the intersection of Highway 34 and Seven Mile Lane east of Interstate 5.
Anna Marie Myers, 28, died after medics transported her to Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
