SHARE hands out ‘Know Your Sweet Home’ awards

Throughout

the summer, the SHARE Tourism Committee has been quietly observing an

abundance of exemplary customer service.

Although

it was extremely difficult to narrow it down to just these few, the

committee felt that these front-line employees truly embodied what it

means to “Know Your Sweet Home,” said Erin Regrutto, a member of

that committee.

The

main characteristics that the committee was looking for included the

following:

nFind out what the customer wants.

nGet the customer what they want accurately, politely, and

enthusiastically.

nGo the extra mile for the customer.

Each

of the following people will receive a pair of three-day general

admission tickets to the Oregon Jamboree and be entered into a Grand

Prize drawing to be held later in August.

The

business will receive a “You Know Your Sweet Home” certificate to

display.

Congratulations

to the following businesses and employees, with comments from

committee members:

n Melissa from Corner Cup – “Melissa provided great customer service

with a friendly demeanor and great attitude! She was very patient and

went above and beyond for the customer.”

n Chris Adams from Sweet Home RV – “Chris was attentive to every

question that needed to be answered to make sure I fully understood

the amenities available for each RV.”

throughout our entire meal. Every time I eat there from now on, I

will request her as my server. She had a positive attitude and made

sure we enjoyed our experience.”
