Sweet Home police arrested a Sweet Home man on Friday in connection to a fatal motorcycle crash on Foster Dam on Sept. 24.
Police arrested Bobby Ray Hancock, 40, at about 3:15 p.m. at his residence, 1355 56th Ave., for criminally negligent homicide, second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence and tampering with physical evidence.
He was transported to Linn County Jail and released on bail.
