Five candidates have filed for four District 55 School Board positions in the May 17 special election.
The only contested race is Foster, zone three. Incumbent John Fassler will face Michael E. Adams, an attorney (not to be confused with Mike J. Adams, Public Works director). Adams, the attorney, serves on the city Planning Commission.
