The Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation is now accepting applications for the Frank Girod MD Scholarship for medical students from east Linn County.
The deadline to apply is April 30. Winners will be announced by June 1.
East Linn County residents enrolled in medical school are eligible for the scholarship, named for the late Dr. Frank Girod, a primary care physician who was instrumental in the establishment of Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
