Tim Healy of Sweet Home was named East Linn County Volunteer of the Year Sept. 29 by the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) at the Lebanon Senior Center.
Healy has worked over 800 hours this fiscal year at Sweet Home Emergencies Ministries (SHEM) and at Wiley Creek Community. His volunteer time since 2007 totals over 1,800 hours.
