At 90, Susie Gertrude Crowell Daniels thought she was nearing the end of life.
She thought so too at 91, 92, 93€¦
But there she was, on a recent summer day, in her armchair at Wiley Creek Community, chatting with her daughters, Sally Wolfer and Betty Bagley of Sweet Home, about what it felt like to live to be 100.
Daniels celebrated her centennial birthday Aug. 10, with a follow-up family reunion the next week.
