Frank L. Finnell, 70, of Sweet Home died Aug. 8, 2010.
He was born Jan. 12, 1940 in Toledo, Wash. to Alfred and Floretta (Mundale) Finnell.
Mr. Finnell served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1964 and then he served in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1968. He served in Vietnam and received the Good Conduct Medal. He was a rifle marksman and was an expert sharpshooter with the carbine pistol 45.
