Russ Sell of Brownsville drove a patient race Saturday night in the 81-lap Calir H. Arnold Memorial at the Willamette Speedway to avoid two late collisions that took out two other front-runners and come away with the winner’s $5,000 check.
Sell held off Portland teenager Brian Cronk for the victory.
