Avamere Twin Oaks won the Frontier Sportsman’s Holiday Grand Parade Sweepstakes Saturday morning.
“This year, the parade had quite a few more applicants than last year, and not even a skinned knee,” said Andrea Culy, Chamber of Commerce executive manager.
