Walter F. “Bill” Wilcox, 86, of Sweet Home died March 19, 2010. He was born Nov. 19, 1923 in Moreland, Kan. to Trace and Edith (Powers) Wilcox.
Mr. Wilcox served in the United States Navy. He was discharged in 1947. He met Patricia in Shanghai, China, after World War II. They married and then returned to Sweet Home in 1947 where his parents were. He worked for Union 701 as a heavy equipment operator. When…
